Within 5 minutes drive to Hamilton CBD, The Base shopping complex, Waikato Stadium, Seddon Park, Golf Driving Range and St Andrew's Golf Club.

There is no need to drive through the city to go to Raglan or Coromandel Peninsula, both of which are within an hour's drive.

Hamilton is gaining a reputation as an exciting city with events such as Mystery Creek Fieldays, V8 Supercars from 2008 and Balloons over Hamilton. There is easy access to all venues.
